2021 Expanded US Child Tax Credit

For those grandparents, foster parents or people caring for siblings who claim at least one qualifying dependent child and within annual income thresholds and other eligibility rules, you may have been eligible to claim the expanded 2021 Child Tax Credit.  Through the U.S. extended filing due date of October 17, 2022 is passed, some may still receive IRS reminder letters in case the benefit was unclaimed.
